At Skinavelle, we’re committed to delivering your beauty essentials safely and as quickly as possible.

2. Pricing

All prices shown on our website are in South African Rand (ZAR). Prices do not include VAT as Skinavelle is not currently VAT registered. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice but the price you pay is the price shown at the time you place your order.

3. Orders

By placing an order you confirm that all details you provide including your name address and contact information are accurate. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases such as suspected fraud or pricing errors.

4. Cancellations

Customers may request cancellation of an unfulfilled order within 15 minutes of placing it. After 15 minutes please contact us directly and we will assist where possible but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once an order has begun processing.
